Role Overview

Lead a strategic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrade program.

Deliver a large-scale ERP transformation that modernizes Finance, Supply Chain, and Reporting capabilities.

Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners for end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete lifecycle of the ERP transformation from planning through post-go-live stabilization.
  • Develop the implementation roadmap, project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance framework.
  • Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Align business objectives with technical delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT.
  • Coordinate System Integrators, vendors, consultants, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis and solution validation against business requirements.
  • Oversee ERP configuration, customizations, integrations, and extension delivery.
  • Direct data migration, including cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
  • Drive SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quality assurance.
  • Lead change management, user training, communications, and business readiness.
  • Execute go-live, cutover, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
  • Monitor project KPIs, benefits realization, process improvements, and ERP adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of ERP project management experience.
  • Minimum two full lifecycle ERP implementations as Project Manager.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV upgrade projects.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide Finance or ERP transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing data migration, ERP integrations, SIT and UAT testing, and go-live planning.
  • Experience with external System Integrators and global delivery teams.
  • Experience managing budgets, governance, vendors, risks, and steering committees.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
