Role Summary
- Generate clinical demand for Rare Disease medicines with healthcare professionals.
- Pro actively identify new patient/patients on therapy targets.
- Present value propositions and recommend patient centric solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Engages HCPs in dialogue to effectively promote knowledge about rare disease medicines.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives in the assigned region.
- Demonstrates strong in depth clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge.
- Improve identification and diagnosis of patients.
- Identify and develop KOLs within the territory.
- Liaise with cross functional teams.
- Organizes workshops and other educational events.
- Works with Sales Manager to develop strategy.
- Manages allocated budget.
- Shares insights to strengthen brand positioning.
- Ensures rare disease products are optimally utilized.
- Demonstrate business ethics and compliance.
Essential For The Role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharma, preferably in haematology/oncology, nephrology, rare disease, and/or critical care.
- Proven track record for delivering consistent, ‘top tier’ sales results.
- Strong influencing skills to engage key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science.
- Experience in project management.
- Passion for science and commitment to make a positive personal impact.
