Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of Regulatory’s annual digital strategy refresh
- Define and implement an effective digital governance structure through maturation of Reg. Tech. Governance Council
- Implement robust Regulatory Technology portfolio oversight capability
- Develop and articulate clear product visions and strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch
- Create and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring features deliver tangible value
- Oversee product development lifecycle including planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support rollout and implementation of digital products
- Drive continuous improvement of digital products
- Advocate for end users through user research and usability testing
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track product success and portfolio benefits
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or information sciences discipline, or relevant experience in bio pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying solutions for data and information management
- 3+ years progressive experience in portfolio management and governance implementation
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in digital product development
- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and lead change through innovation

Introduction
- Director level role accountable for executing annual digital strategy refresh process and leading Regulatory Technology Governance Committee (RTGC) capabilities.
- Also has product ownership accountability to build and drive product specific roadmaps and deliverables.
Accountabilities
- Drive delivery of Regulatory’s annual digital strategy refresh.
- Define and implement an effective digital governance structure through maturation of RTGC.
- Implement robust Regulatory Technology portfolio oversight capability.
- Partner with leadership team to support additional transformation activities.
- Develop and articulate clear product visions and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive product development.
- Create and prioritize product backlogs.
- Define and communicate detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee product development lifecycle.
- Support rollout and implementation of digital products.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital products.
- Advocate for end users through user research and usability testing.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or information sciences discipline, or relevant experience in bio pharmaceutical industry.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying solutions for data and information management.
- 3+ years progressive experience in portfolio management and governance implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and lead change through innovation.
