ROLE SUMMARY

  • Responsible for generating clinical demand for Biologics portfolio with key accounts.
  • Pro actively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs.
  • Develop strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with MDT, DMU, and other stakeholders.
  • Positively influence customers’ prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets.

What you’ll do

  • Develop account strategy and plans: identify opportunities, work with Sales and Franchise Manager, conduct market analysis, develop Account plan, monitor business plan, participate in promotional activities.
  • Create deep stakeholder relationships: engage Biologics users, establish long term relationships, share stakeholder insight, update customer database in Veeva, deliver key promotional messages.
  • Reporting/Administration: submit monthly reports, ensure punctual delivery of reports and daily synchronization of ETMS Veeva, monitor sales transactions.
  • Build capability and knowledge in healthcare eco system: build knowledge about AZ's Biologics value proposition, utilize different communication approaches, conduct science based discussions, arrange workshops and speaker programmes.
  • Deliver on plans and achieve sales goals on budget: drive sales performance, promote benefits of AZ's Biologics brands, ensure optimal product utilisation, implement sales strategy.
  • Corporate responsibility: comply with external regulations and internal policies, maintain ethical standards, timely report health/environment/wellbeing related accidents and adverse events.

Essential Capabilities

  • Saudi national.
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales experience with sound knowledge of account management, including relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in Biologics/Specialty.
  • Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments.
  • Proven track record in influencing stakeholder decision making process.
  • Proven successful working in complex cross functional teams.
  • Customer value proposition and patient centric.
  • Business Acumen with high medical knowledge.
  • Decision making and problem solving.
  • Key Account management expertise is preferred.
  • Experience with ENT specialty Doctors is preferred.
