About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop account strategy and plans to improve positioning of AZ's Biologics products
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify territory business opportunities
- Engage Biologics users in dialogue about approved indications and treatment protocols
- Establish and maintain long term collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Update territory customer segmentation and call records in Veeva
- Deliver key promotional messages according to approved plan
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations
- Comply with external regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Saudi national
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with sound knowledge of account management
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Biologics/Specialty
- Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments
- Proven track record in influencing stakeholder decision making process
- Business acumen with high medical knowledge
- Key account management expertise preferred
- Experience with ENT specialty doctors preferred

Role Summary
- Responsible for generating clinical demand for Biologics portfolio with key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and presenting value propositions.
Develop Account Strategy and Plans
- Identify opportunities to improve positioning of AZ's Biologics products.
- Work with Sales, Franchise Manager and CFT to develop local strategy.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Develop Account plan and allocate resources.
- Monitor Account business plan.
- Participate in promotional activity programs.
- Gather insights from target specialties and support new indication launches.
Create Deep Stakeholder Relationships
- Engage Biologics users in dialogue about approved indications and treatment protocols.
- Establish and maintain long term collaborative relationships.
- Share stakeholder insight within AZ.
- Update territory customer segmentation and call records in Veeva.
- Deliver key promotional messages.
- Build trust and credibility with customers.
- Explore and expand new customers.
Reporting and Administration
- Submit monthly reports commenting on deviations from Business Plan.
- Ensure punctual delivery of reports and daily synchronization of ETMS Veeva.
- Monitor and assess sales transactions.
Build Capability and Knowledge
- Build knowledge about AZ's Biologics value proposition among stakeholders.
- Utilize different communication approaches.
- Conduct science based discussions with HCPs.
- Arrange multidisciplinary workshops.
- Arrange effective speaker programmes.
- Support Central pharmacists and nurses on trainings.
Deliver on Plans and Achieve Sales Goals
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations.
- Promote benefits of AZ's Biologics brands using fair balance messages.
- Ensure optimal utilisation of products in line with guidelines.
- Implement sales strategy and TAP.
- Facilitate enlistment of newly launched products.
Corporate Responsibility
- Comply with external regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain highest ethical standards.
- Ensure activities are in accordance with local legislation.
- Timely report health/environment/wellbeing accidents and adverse events.
Essential Capabilities
- Saudi national.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with sound knowledge of account management.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Biologics/Specialty.
- Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments.
- Proven track record in influencing stakeholder decision making process.
- Proven successful working in complex cross functional teams.
- Customer value proposition and patient centric.
- Business acumen with high medical knowledge.
- Decision making and problem solving.
- Key account management expertise preferred.
- Experience with ENT specialty doctors preferred.
