About the Role
AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Product Specialist in Oncology for KSA. You will generate clinical demand for Oncology brands, develop account strategies, and build deep relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Generate clinical demand for Oncology brands with key accounts, proactively identifying business opportunities
- Develop account strategy and plans to improve positioning of AZ's Oncology products at a local level
- Engage Oncology HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles and treatment protocols
- Establish and maintain ongoing, long term collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Share stakeholder insight and information within AZ to strengthen relevant activities
- Build knowledge and understanding about AZ's overall Oncology value proposition among relevant stakeholders
- Arrange multidisciplinary workshops and effective speaker programmes with physician advocates and KOLs
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations while managing assigned budgets
- Comply with all external regulations and internal policies, maintaining highest ethical standards
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with sound knowledge of account management
- Specialty and Institutional Business experience
- Experience in Haematology, Cell Therapeutics or Oncology Therapy areas is a plus
- Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments
- Proven track record in influencing stakeholder decision making process in an ecosystem with multiple influential players
- Proven demonstration of successful working in complex cross functional teams

Role Summary
- Responsible for generating clinical demand for Oncology brands with key accounts.
- Proactively identify business opportunities, present value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs, and recommend solutions.
- Develop strategic relationships with the Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) and Decision Making Unit (DMU).
- Allocates 90% time in field, 10% office based.
What You’ll Do
- Develop account strategy and plans to improve positioning of AZ's Oncology products at a local level.
- Engage Oncology HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles and treatment protocols.
- Establish and maintain ongoing, long term collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Share stakeholder insight and information within AZ to strengthen relevant activities.
- Build knowledge about AZ's overall Oncology value proposition among stakeholders.
- Conduct science based discussions, arrange multidisciplinary workshops, and coordinate speaker programmes.
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations while managing assigned budgets.
- Successfully promote the benefits of AZ's Oncology brands using fair balance messages.
- Ensure AZ's products are optimally utilised in line with national/local guidelines and product license.
- Complete all training requirements, comply with regulations, and maintain ethical standards.
Essential For The Role
- Saudi National.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with sound knowledge of account management.
- Specialty and Institutional Business experience.
- Experience in Haematology, Cell Therapeutics or Oncology Therapy areas is a plus.
