Role Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Senior Product Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and execution for AI-powered voice assistant features and experiences.

The role will ensure product launches meet high standards for quality, usability, and customer experience across voice, multimodal, smart home, and AI-driven capabilities.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Research, and Operations teams to drive launch readiness, improve testing frameworks, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Senior Product Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Contract Duration: 6 months renewable

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end UAT strategy, test plans, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Translate product requirements into customer-focused UAT scenarios and test cases.
  • Execute internal and external beta/UAT programs across diverse user groups.
  • Analyze testing feedback, telemetry, and defects to prioritize improvements.
  • Drive go/no-go launch decisions with clear risk assessments.
  • Improve scalable UAT frameworks, automation, and release processes.
  • Ensure testing covers accessibility, edge cases, and real-world customer journeys.
  • Define and track UAT KPIs such as defect escape rate and post-launch quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to integrate UAT into CI/CD workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of Product Management experience in consumer software, AI/ML, voice platforms, smart devices, or mobile applications.
  • Experience managing or supporting UAT, beta testing, or product validation programs.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced product environments.
