Job Overview

We are seeking a

Data Architect

with hands-on expertise in

Oracle Fusion Database

integration and strong proficiency in the

Microsoft data ecosystem

.

This role will be pivotal in designing, building, and optimizing our data pipelines, warehouse structures, and analytics solutions to support business intelligence and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integration
  • Access and extract data from Oracle Fusion Database with a solid understanding of its table structures.
  • Design and implement efficient data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the import process.

• Data Architecture & Modeling

  • Develop and maintain a robust star schema in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
  • Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data models.
  • Design and maintain database tables to support structured and scalable data storage.

• Analytics & Visualization

  • Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and data storytelling.
  • Create and manage paginated reports for detailed, print-ready reporting needs.
  • Support self-service BI initiatives across the organization.

• Collaboration & Governance

  • Work closely with IT, business analysts, and stakeholders to align data solutions with organizational goals.
  • Establish best practices for data management, governance, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance on data architecture standards and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Integration, and BI solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Database and data warehousing integrations.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, SSAS, Power BI, SQL, and performance tuning.
  • Good understanding of ETL, star schema, dimensional modeling, and scalable database design.
  • Experience in paginated reporting and enterprise BI solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or cloud data warehouse platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and enterprise-scale BI implementations.
