About the Role
Linnk Group seeks an experienced ICT / Cloud Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-level Data Center, Cloud, and ICT solutions for B2B customers. The role involves working with sales and technical teams to create scalable, secure solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security domains.

Responsibilities
- Act as a technical pre sales expert, translating customer business requirements into effective ICT and cloud solutions
- Design end to end solution architectures covering Data Centers, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and Hybrid Cloud environments
- Develop High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), technical proposals, and solution documentation
- Lead cloud migration assessments, transformation roadmaps, and TCO analysis for customers
- Design solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, and Private Cloud technologies
- Provide expertise across cloud infrastructure, networking, security, storage, backup, and connectivity solutions
- Support large scale bids, solution costing, and technical presentations for customers
- Collaborate with technology partners and internal delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect within a Service Provider or enterprise environment
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS), including Azure networking, migration, security, and infrastructure services
- Hands on experience with AWS, GCP, VMware, and cloud migration strategies
- Experience with Data Center solutions, hosting, backup, disaster recovery, and connectivity technologies
- Knowledge of SAP/Oracle hosting solutions is an advantage
- Experience in customer facing solution design, technical sales, and large scale proposals
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, Computer Science, or related field
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
- Google Professional Cloud Architect

Role Overview
