Responsibilities
- Provide hands on support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, authentication, and MFA
- Deliver proactive floor walking support for meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, video conferencing, printers, and WiFi
- Support users remotely across global offices
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and licensing
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (WiFi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS) and escalate when required
- Manage device lifecycle activities such as provisioning, software installation, and replacements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device support
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (WiFi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS)
- Microsoft MD 102, MS 102, or MS 900 certifications (preferred)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive Onsite IT Support Engineer to deliver high quality Level 1 and Level 2 technical support within an executive office environment.
- The role involves supporting end users, including senior leadership, ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology, and providing both onsite and remote support across international offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands on support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, authentication, and MFA.
