About the Role
RBC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the RBC Assist team to own product capabilities within an AI and data platform. You will define product strategy, drive growth, and collaborate with engineering and stakeholders.

- Define ‘what’ and ‘why’ the platform should build, and what business and user problems they will solve
- Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to derive insights to inform product strategy and planning
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap planning, translating strategic priorities into executable feature requirements
- Define success metrics and track progress against team OKRs
- Drive growth and consumption of the platform through the product to achieve overall product KPIs
- Increase adoption and retention of the platform by understanding product consumption and customer needs
- Drive GTM excitement and awareness of platform capabilities across all enterprise teams at RBC
- Build and showcase product POCs and demos with engineering
- Act as the glue across disciplines and between organizations to ensure product vision, strategy, roadmap and progress is clear and transparent
- Communicate product strategy and updates to senior leadership within Lumina and across the enterprise
Requirements
- At least 2 4 years of product management experience in a top tier technology company, with a focus on AI or machine learning products
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Experience shipping AI/ML powered features or enterprise productivity tools
- Familiarity with agile development practices and working closely with engineering teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to cross functional partners
- Curiosity about AI/ML concepts and willingness to develop deeper technical fluency
- Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities

What’s the opportunity?
- The RBC Assist team is at the forefront of creating the next generation platform that empowers all teams at RBC to build innovative AI solutions.
- In this role, you will own specific product capabilities within RBC Assist, working closely with senior PMs and engineering leads to deliver features that improve employee productivity.
Your responsibilities include

You're our ideal candidate if you have
- At least 2 4 years of product management experience in a top tier technology company, with a focus on AI or machine learning products.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Master’s or MBA is a plus.
- Experience shipping AI/ML powered features or enterprise productivity tools.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and working closely with engineering teams.
