Role Overview

  • Senior Product Manager, AI Adoption & Customer Value, leading 1 to n growth and adoption of Varicent's AI portfolio.
  • Senior individual contributor role ensuring AI capabilities are trusted, adopted, and delivering measurable value.
  • Partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end strategy for adoption, optimization, value realization, and scale across AI capabilities.
  • Lead strategic customer adoption programs, defining goals, success criteria, and feedback loops.
  • Define adoption, product health, and value realization metrics.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and adoption insights to inform roadmap.
  • Partner with AI Strategy Product Manager to ensure new capabilities are adoption ready.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver prioritized improvements.
  • Enable Product Marketing and Go to Market teams with positioning and enablement materials.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Support to understand adoption blockers.
  • Drive cross functional alignment and communicate progress across the business.
  • Stay ahead of enterprise AI trends and contribute to product management practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 8–10+ years professional experience, 6+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as senior IC owning product strategy, adoption, and value realization.
  • Strong familiarity with GenAI, autonomous agents, MCPs, agent orchestration, AI evaluations, and responsible AI.
  • Experience managing products post launch including adoption and optimization.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers to synthesize feedback.
  • Skilled in data driven decision making and prioritization frameworks (RICE, ROI, Value vs. Effort).
  • Experience running early access, beta, or pilot programs preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: C125,000.00 164,200.00 CAD.
  • Eligible for variable compensation program.

Success Criteria

  • Short term (1 3 months): Develop deep understanding of products, build relationships, understand AI roadmap.
  • Medium term (4 6 months): Own AI adoption strategy, lead customer programs, define success metrics.
  • Long term (7+ months): Drive adoption and value realization, establish repeatable frameworks.
