About the Role
Varicent is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive AI strategy and product development for enterprise sales performance management solutions. You will own the AI product roadmap, lead discovery, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value AI capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Own the AI product strategy and roadmap across new and existing AI capabilities, agents, and product experiences.
- Lead discovery for prioritized opportunities, validating high value customer problems and identifying where AI can improve outcomes.
- Translate opportunities into product requirements, PRDs, and MVP definitions.
- Define AI evaluation and success criteria for new AI products.
- Partner with Engineering and Design through early delivery, providing product leadership.
- Prepare AI products for customer validation, launch, and scale in partnership with AI Adoption & Customer Value Product Manager.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Go to Market teams on positioning, messaging, and launch strategy.
- Use analytics and customer feedback to inform roadmap decisions.
- Drive cross functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Go to Market, and leadership.
- Stay ahead of AI product trends and translate them into practical product opportunities.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, automation, or data driven products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior individual contributor role owning product strategy and roadmap for new products, defining products from 0 to 1.
- Strong familiarity with emerging AI concepts such as autonomous agents, MCPs, agent orchestration, AI evaluations, enterprise AI governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Salary Range
- The expected base salary range for this role is C125,000.00 CAD 164,200.00 CAD.
- Individuals may be eligible to participate in our variable compensation program.
