Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Senior Product Manager.
The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and lifecycle management of Base93’s integrated business formation and compliance solutions.
Responsibilities include defining product strategy, managing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, prioritizing feature development, and overseeing product launches.
This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure product adoption and success in global markets.
Qualifications
- Product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and backlog prioritization experience
- Strong analytical skills for market research, data analysis, and reporting
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of corporate compliance, international business formation, or SaaS products is a plus
- Experience leading agile teams and familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Proactive and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills
