About the Role
Justlife is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a consumer-facing product surface used by millions across the GCC. You will drive discovery, PRDs, prioritization, and launch, working cross-functionally with engineering and design.

- Own product end to end: discovery, PRDs, backlog, prioritization, launch, and metrics
- Kill weak ideas early and make hard prioritization calls
- Move a real metric in first 6 months (conversion, GMV, rebooking, or payment success rate)
- Run a full discovery to launch cycle with engineering and design
- Define, instrument, and report metrics for your area
- Lead at least one AI driven initiative
Requirements
- Owned a core consumer, mobile, or marketplace surface end to end and moved a meaningful metric
- Strong on metrics and experimentation: design tests, read results, act on them
- Write real PRDs, run genuine discovery, work directly with engineering and design
- Data literate — comfortable with SQL or strong analytics fluency
- Built AI into how you ship, not just into the product
- Marketplace experience (nice to have)
- Startup or scale up pace in background (nice to have)

Role Overview

What You'll Do in Your First 6 Months
