About the Role

- Build AI into design workflow to move faster from idea to high fidelity prototype

- Strong UI and UX craft with a portfolio showing clear ownership of high impact surfaces

The Role
- You will own the design of our product end to end: research, flows, prototypes, the shipped experience.
- Work spans every side of the marketplace: clients booking and paying, professionals managing availability and jobs, internal teams.
- This is not a role where you decorate decisions someone else already made; we want you in the problem early.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years as a Product Designer on consumer mobile, marketplace, or two sided platform products.
- Strong UI and UX craft with a portfolio showing clear ownership of high impact surfaces.
- A benchmark driven approach to design.
- Ground design in real user and crew insight.
- Demonstrable AI fluency in design workflow.
What You'll Do in Your First 6 Months
- Ship a core surface (funnel, matching, or payments) across UI and UX.
- Run a competitor and market study and define the design bar for your surface.
- Run user interviews and service professional interviews and turn learnings into shipped design.
- Use AI tooling to move faster from idea to high fidelity prototype.
