- Set and refine the credit card product vision to align with organizational strategy and member needs
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor landscapes to inform product decisions
- Prioritize credit card features, releases, and enhancements based on business impact and feasibility
- Lead pricing recommendations through competitive market scans and execution of pricing grid changes
- Collaborate with cross functional partners including ITS, design, marketing, sales, and support teams
- Communicate product roadmaps, progress, and insights to senior leadership and executives
- Engage with key stakeholders, partners, and members to validate assumptions and gather feedback
- Ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives across teams
- Champion credit card acquisition strategies by leveraging data driven insights
- Drive end to end product lifecycle management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in credit card product management, product strategy, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience leading product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of market analysis, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross functional teams
- Experience working within financial services or regulated industries is an asset

Your Role in Supporting Our Members
- As a Senior Product Manager (Credit Cards), you will lead the strategic vision, development, and evolution of Vancity’s credit card products.
- This role balances high level strategy with hands on execution, guiding product direction through market insights, pricing strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

- 7+ years of progressive experience in credit card product management, product strategy, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of market analysis, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross functional teams.
- Experience working within financial services or regulated industries is an asset.
What You’ll Earn
- Salary range of CAD 102,900 to CAD 127,050 per annum.
- Eligibility for annual incentive program.
