- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs
- Lead end to end implementation of platform solutions, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Define and validate non functional requirements to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and member needs
- Partner with enterprise architecture, platform leads, and solution architects on technical design decisions
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure accountability, quality delivery, and adherence to timelines
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support business decisions and identify efficiency improvements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting complex technology environments
- Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate requirements into clear, scalable technical designs
- Experience supporting full lifecycle technology implementations (requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, post implementation support)
- Experience with systems integration, API design, Swagger, data mapping, vendor coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to produce clear documentation, reports, and presentations

Your Role in Supporting Our Members
- As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
- You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, solving intricate challenges, driving system integrations, and optimizing workflows.
- This is a full time, permanent role based at our Vancity head office with a hybrid work arrangement.

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to produce clear documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Adaptable and self directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Experience working within financial services or highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks or platform based technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
What You'll Earn
- Salary range of CAD 92,700 to CAD 119,900 per annum.
- Eligibility for annual incentive program.
