Key Responsibilities
- Support the ARC portfolio growth for the International Region, including strategy, execution, lifecycle management, and competitive positioning.
- Contribute to product vision, value proposition, roadmap, and long term strategy, incorporating customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead regional input into World Wide Product Planning (WWPP), Long Term Strategy (LTS), and new product introduction (NPI) processes.
- Ensure portfolio eligibility and readiness across regions, including regulatory, service, compliance, and configuration management (e.g., Apttus).
- Unleash AI and innovation potential by developing partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems.
Market, Customer & Competitive Intelligence
- Support KOL strategy and engagement, building advocacy and accelerating adoption.
- Analyze competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, win/loss data, and market forces to identify growth opportunities, potential threats and lead associated action plans.
- Consolidate competitive intelligence and turn it into actionable insights for commercial teams.
- Exercise judgment on financial, operational, and commercial risks associated with business proposals and initiatives.
Commercial Enablement & Business Development
- Act as a technical and clinical advisor to modality leaders, commercial teams, and service sales teams.
- Support tender responses, including first line technical input and differentiation for Public and Private market opportunities.
- Participate directly in customer meetings, representing advanced product expertise and contributing to deal strategy and closure.
- Collaborate with PCS international teams to propose innovative, value based solutions tailored to customer clinical and economic needs.
- Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual objectives defined in the modality operational plan.
Quality, Compliance & Professional Standards
- Comply with the GE HealthCare Quality Management System, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Complete all required Quality & Compliance training on time.
- Proactively identify and report quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions.
