Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite clinical applications training to users on GE Healthcare equipment in Molecular Imaging
- Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service, and Clinical Education Manager
- Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of equipment
- Maintain satisfactory after sale relationships and develop long term customer relationships
- Promote unique differentiators based on customer clinical needs and competition
- Develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within assigned territory
- Support trade shows, workshops, show sites, and customer visits
- Support deployment of digital tools and embrace digital transformation of clinical education
- Document trainings, site visits, and customer interactions per local protocol
- Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events
Requirements
- Radiographer or biomedical engineering degree
- Significant experience in Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine/PET)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated with initiative to identify improvement opportunities
- Team oriented with customer satisfaction mindset
- Flexible/adaptable to changing work environments
- Willing to travel and be at customer sites 70 80% of working time
- Fluent in English (speak and write)

Job Description Summary
- The role of a Clinical Education Specialist is primarily to deliver and co ordinate training on GE Healthcare's products, mainly at hospital sites but also remotely using digital methods.
- The Clinical Education Specialist owns support within the Molecular Imaging installed base.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide onsite clinical applications training to user's equipment in given modality area.
- Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager.
- Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipment.
- Maintain satisfactory after sale relationships and development of long term customer relationships.
- Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought.
- Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
- Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.
- Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
- Document trainings, site visits and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.
- Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events.
Required Qualifications
- Based on a Radiographer or biomedical engineering degree you bring a significant experience in Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine/PET).
- Excellent interpersonal skills including team working and good communication skills.
- Self motivated and have the willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
- Able and willing to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
- Able and open to travel and be at customer sites 70 to 80% of the working time (annual average).
- Speak and write English fluently.
Desired Characteristics
- Post graduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine.
- Experience working with GE products.
- Experience in conducting training in Molecular Imaging.
- Any experience working in other modality such as CT or Xray is a bonus.
