About the role

Own two strategic product domains: internal AI agents supporting brokers and shared communications capabilities for customer experiences.

The role has end-to-end accountability across strategy, discovery, delivery, adoption and optimisation.

Core products include Broker GPT, Pricing Agent, Valuation Agent, Deal Ready Agent and future agents.

Key responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for agentic products and customer communications capabilities.
  • Identify AI and automation opportunities across broker and operational workflows using discovery and evidence.
  • Define MVPs, pilots, rollout plans and success measures for trusted, accurate and compliant agentic products.
  • Shape communications capabilities across chat, SMS, voice, outbound dialler, WhatsApp and emerging messaging technologies.
  • Lead a cross-functional squad across Product, Design, Engineering, Data and QA.
  • Coach a Product Manager and align senior stakeholders across technical, operational, legal, compliance and commercial teams.
  • Monitor broker productivity, agent quality, adoption, customer contactability and engagement.

Requirements

  • Senior Product Manager experience owning complex digital products, platforms or customer journeys through delivery and optimisation.
  • Experience delivering digital products in regulated environments with risk, privacy, consent, governance and compliance-by-design considerations.
  • Experience building and delivering AI-enabled or agentic products with conversational experiences, evaluation, guardrails and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong end-to-end product management, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder influence, technical fluency and data literacy.
  • Experience with customer communications, conversational AI, contact centres, CRM, voice, messaging or omnichannel orchestration is desirable.
  • Financial services, lending, mortgage broking or property experience is highly regarded.
