About the Role
The employer is seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer specializing in Finacle Scripting and Oracle.
The role requires 10+ years of Finacle core banking experience and strong techno-functional capabilities.
The engineer will own work from requirements analysis through solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Solution Design and Implementation
- Lead end-to-end technical and functional solutioning for Finacle-based banking applications.
- Conduct requirements workshops, perform gap analysis, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Configure and customize Finacle modules based on business requirements.
- Participate in solution design, documentation, estimation, and delivery planning.
Finacle Scripting and Customization
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Finacle Scripting.
- Implement Finacle menus, validations, workflows, business rules, and other customizations.
- Analyze existing functionality, identify enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and follow development and performance standards.
