About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer specializing in Cards Platforms to support enterprise-scale Cards Acquiring and Cards Issuing initiatives across business platforms.

Responsibilities
- Support Cards Platform projects, enhancements, and BAU activities across issuing and acquiring domains
- Perform requirement analysis in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including business, technology, operations, and vendors
- Support system integration activities across cards platforms, payment systems, and enterprise banking systems
- Participate in testing cycles including SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation
- Support release management activities including deployment coordination, cutover planning, and post release validation
- Handle production support activities including incident management, defect analysis, and resolution tracking
- Ensure platform stability, availability, and performance of cards systems
- Work closely with Agile squads to deliver continuous enhancements and improvements
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to cards transactions, authorization, settlement, and reconciliation
- Contribute to improving cards services, payment flows, and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with banking standards, security guidelines, and operational governance
Requirements
- Experience in cards platforms, issuing and acquiring domains
- Experience with system integration activities across cards platforms, payment systems, and enterprise banking systems
- Experience in testing cycles including SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation
- Experience in release management and production support

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer specializing in Cards Platforms to support enterprise scale Cards Acquiring and Cards Issuing initiatives across business platforms and payments domains.
- The role focuses on end to end support of cards platform enhancements, production stability, and seamless delivery of business critical cards services within a fast paced banking environment.
