Overview
Deliver user-centred design solutions for complex banking workflows
Translate business requirements into intuitive, scalable UX solutions
Collaborate within Agile squads with Product and Technology teams
Design AI-enabled features and intelligent user experiences
Conduct UX research, usability testing, and validation activities
Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product / UX Design
- Strong hands-on experience building and managing Design Systems
- Proven experience in enterprise-level UX problem-solving
- Experience working within Agile squad models
- Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams
- Exposure to AI-powered product features or intelligent systems
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking domain experience (Corporate Banking preferred)
- Experience designing for trade finance, treasury, payments, or cash management systems
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
