About the Role
The Senior Product Designer will work on a fintech platform providing digital fractional ownership of real estate to global investors.
The designer will own the end-to-end investment experience while working with product, engineering, and data.
The product operates in partnership with the DFSA, Dubai Land Department, and VARA.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and unit economics rather than only shipped screens.
- Research first-time and returning investors and translate their problems and behavior into product solutions.
- Lead interaction design, visual design, systems thinking, and quality improvement across the team's work.
- Set hypotheses and measurable design and product KPIs and use data to prioritize initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance to drive outcomes.
- Design onboarding, KYC, and investment flows that are simple and clear despite regulatory complexity.
- Challenge existing approaches and propose meaningful alternatives for investor education and portfolio management.

- Take high ownership of the investor experience and help shape the roadmap beyond formal design boundaries.
