About the role
Join Prypco Fractional as a Sales Assistant / Telesales Agent.
Speak by phone with people interested in investing in Dubai real estate through a regulated online fractional investment platform.
Convert interest into completed sign-ups and KYC verification.
What you'll be doing
- Call inbound sign-up leads and work outbound prospect lists according to activity targets.
- Explain how fractional property investment works and answer questions honestly.
- Guide prospects through onboarding and KYC verification, escalating to senior colleagues when needed.
- Convert interested prospects into signed-up and KYC-verified investors.
- Keep CRM records current so lead progress is visible.
- Follow up with prospects who need reminders or more information.
- Own monthly call and conversion targets.
What we're looking for
- 1–2+ years of telesales, call-center, or phone-based sales experience.
- Real estate or fintech experience is a strong plus but is not required.
- Organization and discipline in a high-paced, high-volume environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Comfort discussing money and investment products and collecting supporting documentation.
