Job Overview
Prypco is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with new and existing investors on its crowdfunded properties platform.
The role supports investor satisfaction, portfolio growth, investment decision-making, communication, and white-glove support.
The position helps investors understand fractional property ownership and invest in Dubai real estate through the platform.
Investor Portfolio Growth
- Develop strategies to grow existing investors' portfolios by 20% month-on-month.
- Identify additional investment opportunities based on investor preferences and market conditions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with investors to highlight growth opportunities and optimize their portfolios.
Investor Education
- Clearly communicate the advantages of fractional ownership of Dubai properties.
- Provide information about the benefits, risks, and returns of investing in Dubai real estate through crowdfunding.
- Conduct webinars, one-on-one meetings, and workshops on property investment strategies and the platform's role in investors' financial goals.
