Finance Operations
- Review revenue reconciliation, revisions, and broker payouts for Mortgage operations, including recoveries from brokers.
- Review bookings, revenue, payouts, refunds, and client cash balances for Exclusives.
- Review Services revenue, payouts, discount approvals, agency payments, and statements of account.
- Review revenue, costs, provisions, property-related payments, operating expenses, dividends, and client-money reconciliations for Blocks and Mint.
Accounting and Close
- Maintain books of accounts for all entities under IFRS.
- Approve accounts receivable, accounts payable, and operating expense documents in Zoho and Oracle within delegated limits.
- Run month-end close and prepare consolidated monthly management financials for senior finance sign-off.
- Prepare quarterly consolidation support for statutory and investor reporting packs.
Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare monthly VARA reporting and client-money certification for Mint.
- Prepare quarterly DFSA reporting and maintain capital-infusion, EBCM, and net-worth computations for Blocks.
- Prepare CMA reconciliations and support the resolution of bank and auditor queries.
Payments, Payroll, Tax, and Audit
- Review outgoing business-unit, marketing, HR, and operating expense payments for proper approvals.
- Review monthly payroll, full-and-final settlements, and PRO statements of account.
- Manage VAT and corporate tax registrations, filings, reporting, and e-invoicing readiness.
