Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Russian market.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management, and supplier negotiation.
- Experience working within or managing procurement processes in Russia or similar regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
