Role Description
Manage end-to-end procurement activities supporting engineering and operational needs.
Work full-time on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Acquire materials, equipment, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Procurement Responsibilities
- Prepare and review RFQs, evaluate bids, negotiate supplier terms and prices, and execute orders.
- Issue and track purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, and operations on specifications, budgets, and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven procurement or supply chain experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of contract terms, commercial conditions, and basic legal considerations in procurement agreements.
- Proficiency with MS Office and procurement or ERP platforms.
- Advanced certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP are advantageous.
