Role Overview

Experience and Qualifications

• The role requires 10+ years of ERP consulting experience, 7+ years of NetSuite implementation experience, and 5+ years leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects.
• Candidates should have strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, SuiteCloud, integrations, Oracle methodologies, and relevant business processes.
• Experience in at least one industry vertical and delivery of SaaS and PaaS solutions is required.
• NetSuite certifications are highly preferred, while CA, CPA, MBA, or an equivalent business qualification is advantageous.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, governance, and financial management skills are required.
• The role also requires familiarity with AI tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, solution design, configuration, SIT and UAT testing, go-live, hypercare, and support transition for NetSuite implementations.
• Lead multiple projects and onshore or offshore teams while managing executives, governance, quality, risks, scope, issues, and change.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, technical consultants, and customer success teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support pre-sales workshops, estimation, RFP or RFI responses, and customer presentations.
• Contribute reusable assets, best practices, knowledge sharing, consultant mentoring, solution innovation, and practice growth.
