Job Summary
Support enterprise and government customers across the Middle East as a trusted technical advisor for cybersecurity solutions.
Engage senior stakeholders, including CISOs and decision-makers, throughout the sales cycle.
The role is based in a regional Middle East context, with Saudi Arabia preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical presales process for cybersecurity products and solutions across the Middle East.
- Deliver executive presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for enterprise, government, and regulated industries.
- Design end-to-end cybersecurity architectures aligned with customer requirements and regional compliance.
- Lead proofs of concept and technical validations.
- Support RFP and RFI responses, technical proposals, and bid defenses.
- Collaborate with sales teams on account strategies and deal success.
- Mentor junior presales engineers and represent the company at regional events and customer briefings.
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on knowledge of network perimeter security, endpoint EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
- Experience with cybersecurity vendors and platforms including Palo Alto, Netskope, Proofpoint, Forcepoint, Akamai, and CrowdStrike.
- Ability to architect enterprise-scale security solutions.
Communication and Qualifications
- Outstanding presentation, communication, stakeholder engagement, proposal writing, and technical documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Seven to ten or more years of cybersecurity experience, including at least five years in presales or solutions engineering.
- Experience with Middle East enterprise, government, or regulated-sector customers.
- Strong understanding of NCA, SAMA, ISO 27001, NIST, and related regional frameworks.
Preferred Certifications and Attributes
- CISSP, CISM, CCSP, equivalent, or vendor certifications are preferred.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, persuasive communication, strategic thinking, technical depth, leadership, and mentoring capability.
- Be willing to travel across the Middle East as required.
