RNS Technology Services is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on cybersecurity sales, enterprise customer relationships, business development, and sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, identify selling opportunities, and evaluate customer needs.
- Plan, develop, and control sales and service programs.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Monitor customer preferences and focus sales efforts accordingly.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings and promote products.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their concerns, and map requirements to vendor solutions.
- Organize technical sessions and deliver product and service presentations.
- Prepare sales and financial reports, negotiate and close deals, and handle objections.
- Travel to the Dubai headquarters once a month to collaborate with team members.
- Gather customer feedback and provide regular competitor and market-trend updates.
Requirements and Skills
- At least 5 years of cybersecurity sales experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
- The candidate should have established relationships with potential cybersecurity customers.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and strong sales, relationship-management, and negotiation skills are required.
- CRM experience with Salesforce or Zoho is a plus.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach and presentation ability are expected.
- A valid driving license and school or master’s qualification are required.
- Arabic and English proficiency is required.
