Role Overview
The role combines Business Analysis and Project Management responsibilities in a techno-functional, customer-facing IAM environment.
The position requires strong IAM and SailPoint knowledge, business analysis, project management, stakeholder management, and collaboration with business and technical teams.
Location and Work Mode
- The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The stated mode of work is from the office daily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Seven to nine years of overall IAM experience and at least three years as a SailPoint Business Analyst.
- SailPoint Product, ITIL, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and customer management skills.
- Strong understanding of IAM and IGA concepts, including JML, access requests, certifications, roles, provisioning, and application onboarding.
- Experience in application and business-process analysis with application owners and business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the SailPoint implementation lifecycle.
- Proven project coordination or management experience covering timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze applications, business processes, user populations, and access requirements for IAM initiatives.
- Work with application and business owners on usage, access models, roles, approval processes, and ownership.
- Define IAM use cases, access requirements, JML processes, certification requirements, and business workflows.
- Coordinate with IAM architects and technical teams to translate business needs into implementation activities.
- Manage SailPoint project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate customer, application owner, IAM, and technical stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Drive application onboarding through prioritization, data collection, validation, and readiness tracking.
- Coordinate UAT, business validation, defect resolution, sign-off, and production readiness.
- Prepare project status, KPI, RAID, and management reports.
- Support SailPoint implementation and IAM transformation initiatives.
