Job Summary

Software Requirements

• Required: Microsoft Project, Jira, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint

• Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency, with a strong understanding of project management tools and platforms

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO function to ensure efficient project delivery across all organizational units
• Develop, execute, and refine project management processes, methodologies, and standards to optimize project outcomes
• Manage project delivery teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to identify potential issues and risks, implementing mitigation strategies
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by integrating best practices and lessons learned into project workflows
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders and senior management
• Drive the adoption of standardized project management tools and techniques organization-wide

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least several years in a PMO lead or senior project coordination position
• Proven experience managing large and complex projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, successful delivery
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing project management processes and frameworks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and cultural contexts
• Industry experience in finance, technology, or consulting services is preferred but not mandatory

Day-To-Day Activities

• Develop and refine project management processes, tools, and templates
• Lead and coordinate project delivery teams, tracking progress and resolving issues
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review status and risks
• Monitor project performance metrics and generate performance reports for leadership
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
• Escalate project risks and issues promptly, providing strategic solutions
• Ensure all projects comply with organizational governance and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is highly desirable
• Ongoing professional development in project management methodologies and tools
