- Design, administer, and optimize enterprise scale productivity solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 Copilot agents
- Oversee Viva Suite and modern workplace automation
- Administer Exchange (on prem and Exchange Online), Teams, SharePoint Online
- Manage Hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Defender, Enterprise Vault, and Microsoft licensing
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform administration (Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot administration (agents)
- Knowledge of Viva Suite and modern workplace automation
- Experience with Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online)
- Familiarity with Hybrid Active Directory (AD/Azure AD), Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Defender, Enterprise Vault, and Microsoft licensing
