- Assess the current technology landscape and identify areas of improvement
- Provide innovative and cost efficient solutions using on prem and/or cloud providers
- Gather requirements from stakeholders in a clear document
- Propose solution design in line with client guidelines and policies
- Design complex solutions
- Build a network with other teams and third party vendors
- Respect timelines
- Continuously learn around cloud based architecture
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect in the CIB domain (ideally GCF or Global Markets)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
- Sound knowledge of GCF and GM business domains: IPO, Securities registration, Fund management, Financing, trade lifecycle, reference data, market data, risk management, accounting
- Expertise in integration and data optimization
- In depth knowledge of integration architecture including low latency and high availability architectures
- Strong ability to create and amend complex architecture diagrams (technical and functional)
- Knowledge of Cloud (AWS, Azure, G42)
- Knowledge of data analytics architecture and best practices
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices
- Knowledge of design patterns and best coding principles
- Excellent analytic and technical skills
