- Interface with clients and PMCM consultants, attend regular meetings, and provide statistical reports
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of planning activities with overall business goals
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and internal data to inform planning decisions
- Prepare and present detailed reports on planning activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with planning processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Continuously improve planning processes and methodologies
- Assess the impact of design and construction changes and schedule slippages
- Support and perform integration of scope, cost, and schedule within the WBS to ensure accurate mapping
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized university
- 15+ years of work experience in project control and scheduling of engineering and construction activities, including supervisory/managerial experience
- Extensive experience with projects at the design stage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems scheduling technology
- Familiar with AI scheduling technology
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience with PMCM services preferred
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Planning Manager (Construction) to join our PMCM team.
- In this role, you will manage program wide project controls and scheduling activities, and maintain the Program Master Schedule.
- You will develop the capability and supervise the performance of the team across all program planning and scheduling development, analysis, reporting, and progress evaluation.
- The position interfaces with the Client, Project Director, Contracts Managers, Design and Engineering team, Construction Directors, Consultants, and has oversight of all construction scheduling activities. Reports to the Project Director.

- Knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems scheduling technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project
- Familiar with AI scheduling technology
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience with PMCM services
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
