- Coordinate and integrate schedules from contractors, consultants, and vendors into consolidated package schedule
- Develop and implement robust progress measurement system including earned value metrics and KPIs
- Monitor actual progress against baseline, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare regular planning reports including progress curves, critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and look ahead programmes
- Lead time related coordination for all interfaces affecting tunnel system integration
- Assess schedule impact of variations and design changes, and provide quantified time impact analyses
- Maintain schedule risk registers and perform schedule risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience in major infrastructure or transportation projects
- At least 5 years in a senior planning role on large, complex, multi disciplinary programs
- Demonstrable experience in tunnel projects and/or system integration packages
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong capability in schedule development, resource loading, cost loading, and earned value analysis

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Planning Manager to develop and manage all planning, scheduling, and time related risk activities for the Tunnel System Integration package within the Diriyah Infrastructure Program.
- This role will oversee the development and control of integrated schedules covering civil works, MEP, tunnel systems, fit out, testing & commissioning, interfaces, and handover.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, maintain, and control a detailed, logic linked baseline schedule for the Tunnel System Integration package using approved planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
- Structure the Work Breakdown Structure, Cost Breakdown Structure, and coding systems to support integrated reporting.
- Define and validate construction, installation, integration, and commissioning sequences, including access, interfaces, and constraints.
- Coordinate and integrate schedules from contractors, consultants, and vendors into a consolidated package schedule.
- Develop and implement a robust progress measurement system, including earned value metrics and KPIs.
- Monitor actual progress against the baseline; identify variances, trends, and early warning indicators.
- Prepare regular planning reports (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) including progress curves, critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and look ahead programmes.
- Lead time related coordination for all interfaces affecting tunnel system integration.
- Assess schedule impact of variations, design changes, and site constraints; provide quantified time impact analyses.
- Maintain and regularly update schedule risk registers; perform schedule risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience in major infrastructure or transportation projects with at least 5 years in a senior planning role.
- Demonstrable experience in tunnel projects and/or system integration packages.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong capability in schedule development, resource loading, cost loading, and earned value analysis.
- High level of competency in MS Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies for tunnels, MEP systems, fire and life safety systems, and control/SCADA integration.
- Familiarity with international forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC) and their time related provisions.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or equivalent is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with enterprise environments is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to travel as required for coordination meetings and workshops.
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, and the overall vision of the Diriyah Gate Development.
- Willingness to be based full time in Riyadh and to attend site regularly.
