- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to support company objectives.
- Provide guidance and specialized assistance to resolve difficult and complex planning problems.
- Lead and manage the planning team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Interface with clients and PMCM consultants, attend regular meetings, and provide statistical reports.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of planning activities with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and internal data to inform planning decisions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on planning activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Continuously improve planning processes and methodologies.
- Assess the impact of design and construction changes and schedule slippages.
- Support and perform integration of scope, cost, and schedule within the WBS to ensure accurate mapping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized university
- 15+ years of work experience in project control and scheduling of engineering and construction activities, including supervisory/managerial experience
- Extensive experience with projects at the design stage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems scheduling technology
- Familiar with AI scheduling technology
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Experience with PMCM services (preferred)
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred)

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Planning Manager (Construction) to join the PMCM team in Riyadh. The role manages program wide project controls and scheduling, develops team capability, and interfaces with clients and project directors.
