Role overview
Support the Project Management division in a collaborative team environment.
Help ensure client objectives are met through effective project planning and programme oversight.
The role is intended for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Support project teams with all planning functions and highlight issues within programmes.
- Provide planning advice and direction to project team members and relevant stakeholders.
- Produce programme assurance reports for client commissions.
- Produce progress reports showing variance against baselines.
- Deliver periodic programme updates and contribute to project reports.
- Coordinate programmes of work from clients, partners, consultants, and contractors with the project programme.
- Report areas of non-compliance for resolution.
- Provide planning support to bidding teams when required and help submit bid documentation on time.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide planning support in a collaborative project management team environment.
- Ability to support bidding activities and submit bid documentation on time when required.
