Role Overview
Lead the design and planning of complex data center infrastructure projects in a strategic leadership role.
The position is based in Doha, Qatar and focuses on quality, efficiency, innovation, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Design and Project Leadership
- Lead the design phase of large-scale data center projects from conception through implementation.
- Develop design strategies and project plans aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Analyze requirements and constraints, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and design methodologies to improve project outcomes.
Team and Stakeholder Management
- Oversee and mentor design professionals through technical guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Coordinate with PMC stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors for seamless project execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations on design concepts, progress, and project decisions.
