Operations and Maintenance professional based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for organizational asset management, maintenance operations, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
The role requires systematic asset management, strong analytical skills, organization, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage asset inventory records using asset management systems and software.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Monitor equipment performance and analyze maintenance data for trends and optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate corrective maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for compliance and performance tracking.
- Ensure maintenance activities follow safety protocols and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with operations teams to prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
- Track maintenance costs and budgets.
- Conduct equipment inspections and assessments.
- Maintain asset specifications, maintenance history, and warranty records.
- Support asset management best practices and continuous improvement.
- Communicate maintenance requirements and asset status to stakeholders.
