Responsibilities
- Provide support to the project team for all planning functions
- Review contractor programs, comment, and recommend to Project Director/client
- Report areas of non compliance for resolution
- Give planning advice and produce programme assurance reports
- Deliver Period Programme Updates and input to project reports
- Monitor progress at site on daily/weekly/monthly basis and prepare monthly reports
- Determine eligibility of contractor for claims/time extensions
- Other tasks as instructed by Project Director / Planning and Risk Manager
Requirements
- 15+ total years of experience
- 10+ years' experience on Hospitality projects (5 star Hotels and Resorts)
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relevant field
- Proficiency with Primavera and other planning software
- Experience with Architectural & Engineering Consultancies preferred
