- Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 20+ years of overall experience
- 10+ Years in major 5 star hospitality projects
- Advanced knowledge of Contract Administration and Commercial Management

Qualifications

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a must.
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Master’s Degree in Construction Management is a plus.
- 20+ years of overall experience.
- 10+ Years in major 5 star hospitality projects.
