Work Schedule
- This is a full time 6 days a week on site role for our Project in Dubai and in Sharjah.
- The requirement is for 2 positions: one based in Dubai and one based in Sharjah.
Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Civil Inspector located in Dubai and Sharjah.
- The Civil Inspector will be responsible for conducting site inspections, ensuring quality control, and overseeing construction management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience
- Minimum 5 years on Hospitality (5 star Hotels and Resorts) projects, High Rise or Villas & Townhouses developments
- Experience in site inspections and inspection procedures
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices
- Experience in construction management
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Relevant certifications in civil inspection and quality control are beneficial
