Responsibilities
- Thorough analysis of tender information and preparation of tender programmes.
- Preparation of Baseline / Contract programmes inclusive of Procurement and Engineering activities (resource loaded programmes).
- Generate three week and three month realistic look ahead schedule prior to project commencement.
- Produce Plant List and Labour Histogram during pre and post Contract.
- Analyse and evaluate construction methods and techniques in liaison with Planning Manager.
- Assist Estimation Team in the preparation of Prelims.
- Prepare Project logistics plan and methods statement(s) with Planning Manager and Tendering Lead.
- Identify complex construction activities and generate risks and opportunities register.
- Monitor and assess Project progress production of weekly, bi weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Develop delay mitigation action plan and revise Baseline / Contract Programme accordingly.
- Produce time impact analysis in case of changes to the Project scope or due to unforeseen factors.

Overview
