Job Summary
Develop, monitor, and control project schedules for construction or infrastructure projects.
Track progress, identify delays and risks, and support timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop baseline schedules, WBS, detailed schedules, and resource-loaded programs using Primavera P6.
- Monitor progress, variances, critical path activities, delays, subcontractor performance, and project completion forecasts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, KPIs, recovery schedules, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate progress updates with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors.
- Prepare EOT claims and delay analysis and assist with tender schedules and project execution plans.
- Maintain planning records and schedule documentation and support compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of relevant planning experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project scheduling, progress monitoring, schedule control, delay analysis, and EOT preparation.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls.
- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

- Work location is in person in Qatar.
