Role Overview
The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision, strategy, and execution across all brand and marketing initiatives.
This role ensures that all creative output aligns with the company’s brand identity, business objectives, and market positioning while maintaining high standards of quality, innovation, and consistency.
1. Creative Strategy & Vision
- Define and drive the overall creative direction of the brand
- Develop innovative concepts and campaigns aligned with business goals
- Ensure consistency across all creative platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)
2. Brand Management
- Maintain and evolve brand identity, guidelines, and tone of voice
- Ensure all visual and communication materials reflect premium brand standards
- Oversee brand positioning across all subsidiaries (if group structure)
3. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor designers, content creators, and media teams
- Assign projects, review deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
4. Campaign & Content Oversight
- Approve creative concepts, designs, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns across channels
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with senior management to align creative output with business strategy
- Present ideas, concepts, and final deliverables to stakeholders
- Manage feedback and ensure timely revisions
6. Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and digital tools
- Introduce new ideas, formats, and technologies to enhance brand visibility
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in creative roles (agency or corporate)
- Proven experience in leading creative teams and delivering campaigns
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design, branding, and campaign work
- Expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
