- Define, launch, and scale region specific performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and grow sales
- Own and optimize the delivery and performance of paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns across retail platforms like Google and Meta
- Manage multi channel and multi market paid media budgets to achieve revenue, ROAS, CAC, and customer acquisition targets
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital Trade, and CRM teams to align paid media activities with stock availability, product priorities, and broader marketing calendars
- Oversee the development and optimization of performance marketing creative and content assets
- Utilize a strong test and learn approach and data driven decision making in a fast paced, multi market environment
Requirements
- Experience in defining and scaling performance marketing strategies across multiple markets
- Proven track record in managing paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns
- Experience managing multi channel and multi market paid media budgets
- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making

Overview Of the Role
- The Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for defining, launching, and scaling performance marketing strategies across Al Futtaim Retail in the Middle East and Asia.
- The role involves managing performance marketing outcomes in MENA and Asia, focusing on growth, efficiency, and market scaling, while supporting brand awareness and customer value.
What You Will Do
- Define, launch, and scale region specific performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and grow sales.
- Own and optimize the delivery and performance of paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns across retail platforms like Google, Meta, and other relevant tools.
- Manage multi channel and multi market paid media budgets to achieve revenue, ROAS, CAC, and customer acquisition targets.
